A Gironde house, a magnificent setting, a privileged geographical location... What if we made it a restaurant?
Thus begins the culinary adventure of Melchior. The first service took place on February 25, 2015.
A few years ago, this place housed a retirement home and then it was transformed into a gîte.
This unusual establishment could accommodate up to 24 people.
24 is also the number of traditional bottles needed to fill the largest Bordeaux bottle called MELCHIOR.
